About Your VisitOC NeoGraft© is an aesthetic and cosmetic surgical office located in central Orange County with easy access by patients from nearby Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Our staff is small and personal and all cosmetic and surgical procedures are done on site. Our staff is comprised of professionally trained and certified medical and aesthetic specialists: Doctors, Nurses and Aestheticians. ArrivalArrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you some time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. OC NeoGraft © clients enjoy prompt appointments, so treatments begin and end on time. Appointment and CancellationPlease book appointments two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card, gift card or pre-paid credit. We require a 24 hour notice for date change or cancellation. No-shows are charged for the schedule visit. Shhh ...We respectfully request cell phones and PDAs be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you. As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that children not be brought to our office. Gift CardsAvailable in various denominations. Please inquire for details. ClothingDepending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe and reveal the part of the body you are concerned with. Our professional staff respects your privacy and wants you to feel comfortable. Our therapists are trained in draping techniques.
